Don Juan Comes Back From The War

Battersea Arts Centre – August 2007

Written by Ödön von Horváth

The notorious philanderer returns in search of fiancé.  On his journey he encounters an array of empowered, predatory post-War women only to discover his efforts have been futile.

The prop symbolising Don Juan was a snowman which required to be built on stage and withstand the women attacking it.
